REQUIREMENTS
RN with current licensure to practice in the state of MN. Currently competent in a minimum of one of the following clinical areas; ICU, ED, and PACU, with a minimum of two years critical care experience, preference given to those that are current in two or more or the areas identified. Excellent communication skills, demonstrated flexibility with the ability and willingness to change direction on short notice. Ability to promote professional nursing practice across nursing units/subspecialties. Displays appropriate priority setting and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated commitment to learn, grow and share knowledge.

DESCRIPTION
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedure and professional practice guidelines. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.
